Gentoo Prefix是一个能让你在其他系统/架构上使用Gentoo portage的项目,目前比较常用于OSX上面,虽然我没有OSX…但是其他的Linux系统也可以.

这就是Prefix在Gentoo wiki上面的页面,大家可以自己查看一下.具体原理就是像测试员一样,把stage1 stage2 stage3依次编译,因此你只需要一个bash和能够使用的编译器就好—就和LFS一样.并且如果你连bash也没有,Prefix也提供了bash的bootstrap.

 

要安装Prefix很简单,只需要执行一个bootstrap脚本就好了.

wget http://rsync.prefix.bitzolder.nl/scripts/bootstrap-prefix.sh
chmod a+x bootstrap-prefix.sh
bash bootstrap-prefix.sh

接下来只需要跟着提示走就好了
